Custom built for her owners by Pacific Asian Enterprises, this 35 Nordhavn Coastal Pilot is a classic trawler, with a salty profile.  She's designed using the same materials and construction techniques as her ocean - going sisters.  Built for a coastal cruising couple, she is designed with that purpose in mind.

Amenities are abundant including a large master stateroom, large bath and accommodating galley.  A convertible dinette is provided for the occasional over night guests.

She is hull number 2 of all the 35s built. She is a one owner boat. Powered by a single 420 Yanmar, Beastie will cruise at 6 knots at 3 gph with a range of about 2000 miles.  How's that for fuel economy?

She's clean and well maintained.  You'll like the looks of this boat.

The owner requests that offers be made for his boat; he is very negotiable he tells me.

Vessel Walkthrough

Entering the salon from the cockpit through a Diamond Sea/Glaze Dutch door, you'll find a L - shaped dinette/settee to port and a rocker chair to starboard with the helm seating forward.  Teak joinery is abundant.  There is a TV forward of the dinette in its own locker.  The pilothouse helm station is starboard with an impressive array of instrumentation, controls and meters.

Proceeding forward, down a few steps you arrive at the U - shaped galley to port.  Opposite the galley is the full bath and separate shower.  The access door to the engine room is found here below the pilothouse helm, below the washer/dryer.

Moving further forward, is the master stateroom featuring a queen bunk to port and a vanity to starboard.
