Built by KCS Industries in Navassa, North Carolina, the introduction of the 38 Rampage Express in 1999 marked the reappearance of the Rampage name after nearly 10 years. This vessel is built to take her crew to the Gulf Stream and beyond. A handsome boat, she's built with an efficient 19 degrees of transom deadrise insuring a soft dry ride. The deck layout features a full center console with an L-shaped lounge to port and a helm packed with electronics.
The air conditioned bridge is loaded with electronics. The cockpit includes two freezers, bait station, livewell, two fish boxes, deck storage and tackle storage. Down below are accommodations for 4 adults with a full galley, master stateroom, full head with shower stall.

Accommodations
The Rampage's accommodations for her owners and guests are unlike those on any other sportsfisherman afloat. They are both luxurious and large for a vessel of this size.
The Master Stateroom is located in the bow, accessible through the Galley.
The guest berth, located aft of the Master is the converted dinette. All total, the Rampage can sleep two owners and 2 guests comfortably
